Third Sector Partners needs to hire for its Mumbai office a Researcher / Associate Knowledge Manager who will work closely with the Vice President.
Roles and responsibilities:
¨ The incumbent will assist the Vice President in driving talent search for TSP’s clients.
¨ Will be responsible for research and work in close collaboration with consultants in executing searches.
o Making cold calls and generating suitable and interested candidate leads for mandates executed by the Vice President
o Validating data
o Researching names of organization and profiles.
o Reaching out to suitable profiles with J.D.
o Do a preliminary assessment of candidates.
o Setting up appointments and meetings.
o Supporting in overall activities of execution of search.
¨ Assist the Vice President on day-to-day basis to maintain and update databases related to ongoing searches and specifically related to the industry in which the Vice President specialises.
¨ Proactive research on vacancies advertised and help in business development
¨ Work on Social Media. Regularly update job profiles on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
¨ Join forums and be on a lookout of right blogs which can help create a buzz about the mandates
Educational Qualification & Experience:
¨ Preferable a Post Graduate/MBA with specialization in Social Work/Social Sciences/Human Resource Management.
¨ Freshers with no experience are welcome. Experience in Human Resource management and recruitment would be an added advantage.
¨ Experience of sales/tele marketing is also an advantage
¨ Computer skills, including internet navigation, understanding of social media – Linked in and various MS office applications.
Personal Skill sets / Soft Skills:
¨ Hold excellent interpersonal skills, as well as accomplished verbal and written communications skills.
¨ Have a high level of energy and a commitment to excellence as it relates to all of the functional areas under his/her direction and control.
¨ Should be systematic and meticulous in approach and method.
