Katalyst is a not for profit program under the aegis of Hunt Partners and Third
Sector Partners, with its vast experience in the domain of talent search in corporate
and development sector, has recognized that the management workforce in India is
limited and that there is an enormous need for people in the management cadre of
India Inc. This program therefore, will succeed in creating a brand of women who
