Pari Jhaveri heads Third Sector Partners, a boutique high-end executive search firm serving social and corporate sector clients desirous of recruiting exceptional talent at senior management and Board levels, who will make a measurable impact to the world of have-nots and bottom of the pyramid markets.

Ms. Jhaveri has had an illustrious and fast-paced career across social work, advertising/marketing and corporate strategy and she brings to fore her skills in people insights, talent acumen and leadership management. Ms Jhaveri holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Masters in Social Development and Not for Profit Business Management.

Amongst her numerous accomplishments are the Asia Pacific Brand Marketing Effectiveness and PR Week Awards for her social marketing and brand differentiation campaigns with Ogilvy & Mather and a large roster of reputed clients at Third Sector Partners, including United Nations, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Richard Gere Foundation, Population Services International, Turner Broadcasting, ICICI Foundation, HIV AIDS Alliance, PHFI a McKinsey initiative to name a few.

Pari Jhaveri is also an integral part of Hunt Partners, with whom she co-founded Third Sector Partners. Hunt Partners specialses in CxO and Board searches for the corporate sector and Ms. Jhaveri has successfully managed a number of client mandates for Hunt Partners, including, but not limited to, Bessemer Venture Capital, Venture Infotek, and Intel Capital.

 


Anamika Rathaur

ANAMIKA RATHAUR
Vice President, Third Sector Partners, India

Anamika Rathaur is a Post Graduate in Social Work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations from Symbiosis Insitute of Management Studies.

Anamika commenced her career with Prayas Institute of Juvenile Justice, an organization focused on care and protection of children in vulnerable situations. During her stint with Prayas, Anamika was responsible for monitoring, analysis and reporting on myriad activities of the organisation across India and international forums.

Post that, she did a stint as an educational consultant with a reputed firm in South India.

She joined Third Sector Partners a couple of years ago and is a Vice President in the firm. Anamika's talent lies in her ability to think laterally across people and issues. Her people insights have helped her to relate and communicate to a diverse group of clients and candidates. She enjoys the challenge of facilitating talent transition from other sectors into the development space.

Anamika has built an expertise in the domain of Education and some significant assignments to her credit including the top/senior management positions for reputed organizations like Sri Ram Foundation, Greenpeace, Public Health Foundation of India, Care India and IFMR Trust to name a few. 


Poulomee

POULOMEE GHOSH
Vice President, Head Knowledge and Compliance, Third Sector  Partners, India

Having diverse experience in the field of environmental, social and cultural research, Poulomee shifted to the executive search space a couple of years ago. A stickler for details, she manages and maintains knowledge, processes, quality standards and compliance at Third Sector Partners.

Poulomee has received her Bachelors degree in Chemistry from Calcutta University. She followed this up with a double Masters in Environmental Science from Vidyasagar University and Environmental Management from Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management (IISWBM), India's first B-school.
 
Having several published papers both in scientific and non-scientific journals to her credit, she is particularly interested in issues related to air and water pollution and clean technology. Poulomee has an eye for details and knowledge assimilation and sharing comes to her naturally.
